1. Log in to your account at www.godaddy.com.
2. On the left sidebar, click on "Domain Manager".
3. Click the domain that you'd like to use with your blog.
4. At the bottom of the section, under "Total DNS" Click on "Total DNS Control"
5. Under box labelled CNAMES (aliases), click the pencil icon next to the existing CNAME record.
6.The existing CNAME record will have following:
Host: WWW Points to: @
If you don't have the existing CNAME record, click Add New CNAME Record.
7. For the Name, enter only the subdomain of the address you want to use for your blog. For example, if you picked www.mydomain.com as your address, enter www here.
8. Enter ghs.google.com as the Host Name. Specify a TTL or use the default setting of 1 hour.
9. Click OK, and then click OK again.
Don't worry if you have your domain registered with some other company. The exact procedure for doing this varies depending on your domain registrar, but you can find instructions for many common registrars here
Create 'A' NAME records for your naked domain, for example: myblog.com
1. Under Box labeled A (Host), click on Add New A Record
2. For Host Name enter only YOUR naked domain (myblog.com, without the 'www'). Enter 216.239.32.21 in Points To ip Address. Specify a TTL or use the default setting of 1 hour. Click OK and then click OK again.
3.Repeat the same process for three more IP address. All you have to do is change the IP addresses rest everything remains the same

4. Delete any existing 'A' NAME records you have.
5. In the end there should be only four separate A records you should have. Pointing to following IP Addresses with the same Host Name (myblog.com)
216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21
Your DNS set-up is complete!
Almost done. The last step: Update your Blogger settings
1. Log in to your account at www.blogger.com.
2. At the bottom of your blog, click on "Settings"
3. Click on "Publishing"
4. Click on "Custom Domain"
5. Under "Buy a Domain for your Blog" click on "Switch to advanced settings"
6. Enter your custom domain (www.myblog.com) for "Domain"
7. Click "No" for Use a missing files Host
8. Click on Save Settings
9. Under "Custom Domain" put a check on "Redirect myblog.com to www.myblog.com"
10. Click on "Save Settings"
