How to change embedded comment form height

Posted by FISH On Wednesday, March 17, 2010

Blogger for all its advantages still has not been able fix this bug. Therefore, a blogger either has to change the comment settings or use the embedded form without the image verification or if comments are moderated he/she has to approve each comment before it gets posted. Fortunately, there is an easy solution, where you can use embedded comment form along with image verification without having to worry whether your blog subscriber would be able to post a comment. Please follow these steps to simply eliminate this problem.

1. Login into your blogger account

2. Go to Layout>Edit HTML page and ensure you have checked the "Expand widget templates" box.

3. Search for the following code:

<iframe allowtransparency='true' class='blogger-iframe-colorize' frameborder='0' height='274' id='comment-editor' scrolling='no' src='' width='100%'/>

In the above code change the height element from '274' to '475'

4. Click on 'Save Template'

Thats it! We hope this fix will be of great help to bloggers. We request everyone to kindly link back if you wish to share this with your readers and other bloggers.
